This is one of the few well maintained zoo parks in India. This park has almost all the animals which I could imagine with different breeds of animals from around the world. This was a good educational tour for me to feel the nature so close. I was a little worried about the tigers as I think the next genrations wont be able to see those. The tigers are vanishing from the forests each day in India and soon there will be no tigers left. There are many problems like population, degradation of forests, greater demand for agriculture land to feed the population, no sincere government efforts and a greater demand in China for the tiger bones. People are killing tigers for a living which is really dangerous for these beautiful animals. If there are no tigers then there are no forests. The coverage area of the forests in India is reduced to only 10% whether it should be 30% for a country. Tigers are world heritage and they need to be protected. End of the day I felt really happy to see all the species so close and a bit sad too for their future.
