Bungee jumping off Victoria Falls bridge was a peak experience that I will never forget. I had never thought I would bungee jump and never really considered it. I went with a friend who was going to do it. But once I saw how it worked and heard the people at Vic Falls Bungee describe how it was done, how much strength the bungee cord has, how often they change to a fresh cord, how they back you up with a second line, how they wrap your feet, I realized that I was not going to die, or in all likelihood be injured. It was then just a matter of whether I wanted to do it, whether I had the guts to go up to the platform and jump off. When I did it was a great thrill. It feels much different from how it looks. It's very smooth and gentle and you feel like you are flying, or performing aerial ballet on a massive scale.
