Orange County

Made famous by television's "The OC," Orange County is California's most famous and glamorous county. Shopping and sunbathing are the area's main attractions; you'll find 42 miles of beaches and at least 16 different world-class shopping areas within this small county.

Thrill seekers should head to Huntington Beach, nicknamed "Surf City U.S.A." for a few beginner lessons in the Pacific and be sure to check out the city's famous pier before leaving. Other points of interest include the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Sight seers will never want to leave; Orange County is home to some of the most spectacular real estate in the country. Rent a car and drive up the coast. The estates are nearly as breathtaking as the scenery.
